Before installing the new app, please delete the old one.
Once the app is installed, you will need to choose McMinn County Schools as your district – this will open the URL for the host server. Your username and password are the same as they were before. If you need your password reset, please email rbates@mcminnschools.com with your name, your child’s name, your child’s school, and your child’s month and day of birth.
If you are new to ParentVUE or StudentVUE, you will receive an activation key from your school in the coming days. You will be prompted to enter your activation key, create a username and a password (must be 6 characters long), and verify that you want to be associated with McMinn County Schools.
ParentVUE
Once you are logged in, you should see all your children in McMinn County Schools. If you do not see all your children, please email the address above (there are times that parent files are duplicated and require a data merge).
If you have children in McMinn County Schools and Athens City Schools or Etowah City Schools, you have the ability to add both districts to one login. If you need assistance with that process, please send an email to the above address with your phone number and our Database Coordinator will reach out to you to assist in that process.
Through ParentVUE you have access to your child’s grades, attendance, schedule, and many other things relevant to your child’s education.
McMinn County Schools will be transtioning to an Online Registration portal accessed through ParentVUE before next school year. Familiarizing yourself with the platform will make registration much easier.
StudentVUE
Once you are logged in, you will see a menu of items you have access to. Your schedule, your teachers, your attendance, and several other options that will be available as the year progresses.
If you have difficulty with StudentVUE, please see your classroom teacher, guidance counselor, or attendance clerk at your school. They will be able to assist you in setting up your StudentVUE account.
