The McMinn County Health Department is providing seasonal influenza (flu) vaccinations for students and employees at all MCS schools in October.
If you would like to receive the flu vaccine, please fill complete the consent form and turn it into your school nurse's office by September 22.
Consent forms will not be accepted after September 22. See the schedule below for the day and time the flu clinic will be at your school.
